How does shipping and assembly work?
The booths ship from our factory in Berkeley, CA. All deliveries include white glove service straight into the building. All booths come in flat packed boxes. Once the box arrives onsite, we recommend hiring a handyman or Task Rabbit. Assembly is approximately 1-2 hours to build our one person booths and 4-6 hours to build our 2 person booths.

How do you insulate the booths?
Our booths are insulated with R-13 insulation, which is ground up blue denim. Additionally, the R-13 we use offers exceptional thermal and sound control for our booths.
Are your phone booths Eco-Friendly?
Yes, our booths are Eco-Friendly. We make our office privacy booths locally, we source our materials from a range of suppliers in the bay area. Our use of recycled and renewable materials makes the booth the most environmentally friendly sound control solution in the world. All wood used in the booth is sourced from local USA forests.
High-grade pre-finished Maple wood is used for the interior and exterior of the booths. High-grade aluminum is used for the doors, that are sourced locally.
What type of glass is used for your booths?
The ceiling is made of a high grade safety plexi glass.
The door is made of dual pane tempered glass.
Do your phone booths have a ventilation system?
Yes, the booths have two powerful yet quiet exhaust fans that completely exchange all the air in the booth in under 2 minutes. Motion sensors automatically activate the ventilation fans as soon as you open the door , so you can work comfortably for hours without temperature or humidity rising.
The booths only need to be plugged into a standard 110V outlet (Three prong outlet) after they've been assembled.
What electrical outlets are available inside the booth once powered?
Once the booth is plugged in, you can make use of 2 three prong outlets, 2 Fast charging USB ports, and 1 open port that allows you to hook up Ethernet or Cable. All electrical is UL Listed, which is the nationally standard for safety.
How long is the power cord?

Where is the electrical and ventilation system located?
It is located on the backside of the phone booth.
Are your booths easily movable?
Yes! The Comfort Booth weighs 375 Ibs, and can easily be moved with slider pads.
Can you easily disassemble the booths?
Yes! They are designed for easy assembling and disassembly.
How high is the desk top?
The desktop is 40” tall

Are your booths ADA Compliant?
All of our office phone booths are the only phone booths in the world passing ADA inspections due to our low 1/2” threshold and 36” wide door width.
The Comfort Booth is the only booth that does not require a fire sprinkler, because it is slightly smaller than 48”x48”. National Fire Code requires you to add a sprinkler if anything is larger than 48”x48”
The Executive Room is 100% ADA Compliant. The interior space is more than 5’ x 5’ to allow for a full 360 radius turn for wheelchair accessibility. This Conference Room is the only unit that does not have a threshold.
